What method of payment do you accept?
– Our Preferred payment method is E-Transfer but we also accept cash, cheque, PayPal and/or credit card.
When is payment due?
– 40% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking
– Remainder is due 2 days before delivery
– If needed, we can arrange a payment plan that suits your needs.
Is there a minimum rental?
– There is a $75 before tax or delivery minimum rental.
Why don’t you have all prices listed online?
– Prices depend on a lot of factors so we like to work directly with you to figure out exactly how many of each item you need, where your delivery location will be, how long you will need the rental items for, etc.
What happens if I break or misplace something?
– You are responsible for breakage, loss, or damage and the return of items in same condition as received. The replacement cost will vary depending on the extent of the damage or missing item.
What happens if I do not use part of my rental item?
– Unfortunately, we cannot refund any unused items; once the items have been accepted upon delivery. These items have been reserved and prepared specifically for you and are not available for others to rent during this time. All items are cleaned and sanitized when returned, whether used or not.
How should I return linens? Do I need to wash linens before returning?
– Please do not attempt to wash linens! All you need to do is ensure they are shaken out and free of food particles, then store in linen bags provided. We kindly ask you do not place them in any sort of plastic bag as this could lead to mildew/mold growth over the course of a weekend.
How should I return dishes & cutlery?
– We do kindly ask that all dishes, glassware and cutlery be food/particle free (Rinsing them would be even better, but we understand some locations do not make this an easy task).
– For dishes, simply scrape off all remaining food and return to the plastic bag lined crates that they came in. When the crate is full, tie the plastic bag closed. Please do not remove the plastic bag liner when unpacking your dishes; they are there to help prevent a mess when the crates are full of dirty dishes. For glassware empty each glass and return it to the glass crate right side up. For cutlery return it to the plastic containers they came in.

What if I don’t see something in the inventory list that I am looking for?
– Please contact us with your idea and will see what we can do! Special order items may require more than a 40% deposit as well as a minimum of 2 months notice before your event date to ensure enough time.
