Placing Your Rental Order

Earlier is always better!  Being a small business most often (pending event sizes) we can only offer rentals for one event at a time and all items are based on a first come, first serve bases.

That is okay!  We understand numbers change up until you get all your RSVPs back so we can reduce your item count by a maximum of 20%, 3 weeks out from your event date.

We recommend renting a few extras of each piece in case anything gets broken or you have a few extra guests show up that never RSVP’d.  Trust us, this does happen!

Not typically.  Setup of rental items is typically your responsibility or someone you have hired to do so (ie. event staff, decorator, caterer, etc.).  We can offer setup for an additional fee but this must be prearranged ahead of time and you must provide a floor layout.

Yes, you can make changes to your order without penalty up to 15 business days prior to your delivery date.  We will do our best to accommodate any last minute additions to your order, however additional fees may apply.

Delivery & Fees

We offer delivery and pick up to all areas in and surrounding Northumberland County.  This fee is determined by many factors such as the size of the order, delivery location, access, date and timing.

The alternative is that you are welcome to pick items up before your event in Grafton and drop them back off after your event for free!

Unfortunately pickup and return to our location is no longer an option, we strictly offer delivery only.

This is all custom for each event! For example, if your wedding is on Saturday, then typically we would deliver your items on the Thursday or Friday and pick up on the Monday.  This will all be mutually agreed upon in the Rental Agreement.

We do not recommend leaving items unattended but on private property, as long as you’re aware that you are responsible for the items from the time we drop them off until the time we pick them up, we are able to leave items in a garage or other similarly sheltered area (ie. covered porch).  All orders delivered to public or commercial venues require receipted delivery.
