Choosing the right table depends on your venue size and the type of service (buffet vs. plated dinner). Below are the standard seating capacities for our rental inventory:

Round Tables

  • 60″ Round Table: Seats 8 to 10 guests.

    • Pro Tip: 8 guests provide a spacious, “fine-dining” feel, while 10 guests is the standard for maximum capacity.

Rectangle Tables

  • 4ft Rectangle Table: Seats 4 guests (2 on each side).

    • Best used for cake tables, guest books, or small intimate seating.

  • 6ft Rectangle Table: Seats 6 guests (3 on each side).

    • A versatile choice for backyard parties or narrow indoor spaces.

  • 8ft Rectangle Table: Seats 8 to 10 guests (4 on each side, plus 1 at each end).

    • Ideal for long “family-style” banquet seating.

Specialty Tables

  • Cocktail Table: Designed for standing room or 2–4 bar stools.

    • Perfect for social hours and “mingling” areas.

Planning Tips for Your Space

  • Aisle Space: Allow at least 3 feet (36 inches) between tables to ensure guests and servers can move comfortably.

  • Chair Clearance: Remember that our Fold-Up Resin Chairs require about 18 inches of space from the edge of the table when in use.

  • Linens: Round tables generally require 120″ linens for a floor-length look, while 8ft rectangles require 90″ x 156″ linens to reach the floor.
